We had a great stay at the hotel. the central location made it easy for us to explore the city, and it was convenient to have a short walk to the bus stop for the airport. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, even preparing a take-away breakfast for us when we had an early departure. the room and exterior areas were clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the cozy breakfast room. the breakfast itself was delicious, and Natalia and the other staff members were fantastic.
😊.

It was simply tolerable.
The bathroom may work for a gymnast, otherwise forget it. The toilet is placed between the exterior wall and the shower stall wall allowing no room to move. And getting in and out of the shower itself is a narrow passage. The room itself was ok. I had the disappointing breakfast once. Had a poor selection with lukewarm coffee. I guess the room is overpriced because of the located which was fine.

Great staff, especially Natalia. Despite the delay in turning on the heat, she provided a hair dryer and extra towels promptly. The housekeeper did an amazing job cleaning up after our wet mess. Small shower stall, but plenty of hot water. Lovely terrace and delicious breakfast.

The situation is excellent for seeing the city centre. Although on a busy pedestrian street, there is little noise at night and so a good sleep is assured. There is no hairdryer in the room but one was provided on request. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are quite small but adequate for a short stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near the bus stop for the airport, making it easy for guests to catch their flights. Additionally, its central location meant that it was close to the heart of the city, making it convenient for guests to explore and enjoy all that the city had to offer. Another advantage was its proximity to the cathedral, allowing guests to easily visit this historical landmark. The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable space for guests to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests had a pleasant stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options to start the day off right.
The noise from the street outside could sometimes be disruptive, particularly on weekends, which could potentially disturb guests' sleep.

Modern feel, location
Stuffy rooms, but leave the windows open and you hear shouting in the steet through the night

Location within walking distance of all the main sights.
Lack of a lift - we were on the third floor. (They probably can't do anything about this,) High price for a relatively basic hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short visit to explore the city. The location was ideal, with everything I wanted to see within walking distance. The staff was fantastic and accommodated my early departure by preparing a delicious takeaway breakfast. The newly renovated bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and a separate lounge area. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff; excellent location in the old town close to the cathedral; simple but good furnishings; good value for money
The shower stall was awfully small - it was hard to keep from inadvertently hitting the hot/cold water control when showering

The very nice lady who runs the hotel, and as I had previously stayed there I was made very welcome . The Hotel is very central to the Cathedral, and as I was in Santiago as a Pilgrim , it made my stay there very easy.

It's a very well hotel on one of the busier pedestrian streets, near the University's School of Geography and History in the old town, quite close to the market and in easy walking distance of the Cathedral and central sights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the rooms were comfortable and impeccably kept. There was a little noise from Halloween revellers at night, but the value and atmosphere of the hotel more than compensated for this. A gem of a place.
